As of right now I would completely agree to keep this project as small and cost-efficient as possible as even though the game might be selling well now it does not mean it would sell more in the future.Ĭrowdfunding is a good way to test the waters and gauge your audience, and helps put in perspective how high you should aim for this project and how much time and/or money you should invest in it. Do you think it's a good idea? Isn't it weird to start a crowdfunding campaign for a game that is already available on Steam? If you like the idea, what pledge rewards do you think would be cool to have? Feel free to share your opinion on it. Nothing is decided yet, and I'm really interested in having your opinion on it. Plus, it could be a good opportunity to expand the development team, and take the game to the next level. That's why I think a crowdfunding campaign could be a solution. Maybe the upcoming updates like Cavalry and Siege Battle will bring enough new players to cover the development cost, but it's difficult to predict. I know a lot of people are interested in the game, but are waiting until there is more content to buy it, which I perfectly understand.

That being said, I need to plan on the long term, and right now I can't guarantee that the early access sales will be sufficient for the company to survive until the final release of the game.
